Your baby’s care is in the hands of passionate, qualified educators who specialise in infants (6 weeks–2 years).
We ensure:
- High qualifications — Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, plus ongoing training in responsive infant care.
- Low ratios — 1:4 (or better) for plenty of individual attention and cuddles.
- Secure attachments — Consistent, familiar faces every day to build trust and emotional security.
- Responsive & attuned — Educators follow your baby’s cues, routines, and preferences with respect and joy.
