Boulevard Early Learning Centre is a child-safe, family-owned and operated childcare and kindergarten with over 19 years of experience supporting children and families in the Glen Waverley community.
Our Centre
At BELC, we provide high-quality early education in a nurturing, inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued and confident to learn. Our long- standing, experienced educators deliver engaging play-based programs guided by the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), supporting each child’s social, emotional and learning development.
We are more than a childcare centre — we are a trusted community where children belong, families feel supported, and learning begins with strong relationships.
Our Service
At BELC, we feel that every child is unique and special and deserves much more than ‘child care’ but has a sense of belonging which enrich their lives with joy and laughter.
We offer :

- Healthy fruit and vegetables (sometimes our kids grow themselves)
- Extracurricular activities such as soccer, happy feet
- Large learning and play facilities to allow children to use their imagination and develop social and communication skills

Our impact
For over 19 years, we have proudly supported children and families in the local community. Our longevity reflects strong relationships, consistent care and a deep commitment to quality early learning that families trust year after year.
More than 1,200 children have been nurtured, educated and supported at our centre. Each child’s journey has helped shape who we are today, with many families returning and recommending us across generations.
As a family-run and operated centre, we offer a personal, hands-on approach to early learning. With the owner onsite daily, families experience genuine connection, consistency and care that larger corporate centres can’t replicate.
